Coaching helps individuals achieve personal and professional goals through deep listening, powerful questioning, and tailored strategies. Its benefits include clarity and goal setting, accountability, personal growth, improved performance, and enhanced well-being. Ultimately, coaching empowers individuals to take control of their lives, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change.

Determining if coaching is right for you depends on your willingness to explore personal or professional growth, your openness to new perspectives, and your commitment to taking action towards your goals. Coaching is most effective for individuals seeking support, accountability, and guidance in achieving their objectives. If you're ready to invest in your development, embrace change, and collaborate with a coach to unlock your potential, then coaching may be the perfect fit for you.

What is your coaching approach or methodology?

I employ a somatic approach rooted in the Gestalt model, which emphasizes observing clients' thoughts, tonality, and body language to uncover their inherent truths. Through deep listening and powerful questioning, I guide clients in exploring these truths, utilizing experiential techniques like enactment and drawing. Each session is tailored to the present moment, prioritizing the client's expression in the here-and-now. Additionally, I utilize the Enneagram framework to illuminate fixed thinking, feeling, and behavior patterns. The Enneagram is a powerful human development system utilized by organizations such as the CIA, FBI, and leading tech companies.

How do I know if your approach is right for me?

My approach resonates most with psychologically minded individuals seeking deep introspection and personal growth. If you're open to somatic exploration, receptive to honest feedback, and seek collaboration in your journey, we're a perfect match.
